Products & Digital Goods
The Amilo Store offers digital products including but not limited to:
- Sound kits & sample packs
- Preset packs (Serum, Vital, etc.)
- FLP project files (FL Studio)
- Mixing & mastering preset chains
All digital products are delivered electronically via download link upon successful payment. Due to the digital nature of these products, please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
Services
In addition to digital products, Amilo offers professional services:
- Custom sound design — Tailored sounds, presets, or sample creation based on your brief.
- Mixing & mastering — Professional audio treatment of your tracks.
- 1-on-1 coaching sessions — Personalized production lessons and guidance.
- Audio feedback — Detailed professional feedback on your tracks.
Services are subject to availability. Timelines and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. A clear brief from you ensures the best results.
License & Usage Rights
When you purchase a product from Amilo, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content in your own musical productions. Here's what that means:
✅ You CAN:
- Use the sounds, presets, and samples in your own original compositions.
- Release commercial tracks using these products (on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).
- Use them in content creation (videos, podcasts, streams).
- Modify the sounds and presets to fit your creative vision.
❌ You CANNOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the products as standalone files.
- Include the raw files in any competing product or sample pack.
- Claim the original sounds or presets as your own creation.
- Upload the raw, unaltered samples to any distribution platform.
Payments
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). I do not store your payment credentials. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, audio files, and software — is the intellectual property of Amilo and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this website's content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Amilo provides digital products and services "as is." While I strive for the highest quality, I cannot guarantee that every product will meet your specific expectations.
