These terms govern every purchase made on amilomusic.com. Placing an order means you accept them. They are the whole agreement between you and AMILO. Nothing said elsewhere replaces them.

AMILO sells digital files and digital services: FL Studio project files (FLP), sample packs, preset packs, mixing presets, courses, and coaching or production work. Each product page states what is included, the tempo, the genre and, where relevant, the external plugins a project needs to open correctly.

Some projects require paid plugins made by other companies. Those are named on the product page. AMILO does not supply them, and their absence is not a defect in the file.

• All prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes. VAT is not charged under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
• Where a promotion is running, the discounted price is the price charged. It is calculated on our server, so what you see is what you pay.
• Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never seen or stored by AMILO.
• Accepted methods: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as offered at checkout.
• Your order is confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment. A receipt is sent to the email address you provide.

Delivery is immediate and electronic. After payment you receive a download link by email, valid for a limited time and tied to your order. Free products are downloaded directly from the site.

If a link expires or fails, write to contact@amilomusic.com with your order reference and a new one will be issued at no cost. Check your spam folder first. Automated email often lands there.

Buying a pack gives you a worldwide, perpetual licence that is neither exclusive nor transferable to use its contents. You do not have to credit AMILO, and you owe no royalties.

You may:

• Use the sounds, presets and project content in your own musical works, commercially or not.
• Release those works on any platform, including streaming services, and monetise them.
• Modify, resample, layer and process anything in the pack.
• Use the results in videos, games, advertising and other media you produce.

You may not:

• Resell, share, give away or redistribute the files themselves, in whole or in part.
• Include the sounds, unaltered or barely altered, in a sample pack, preset pack or any other product sold to producers.
• Register the raw sounds with a content ID or fingerprinting system, which would block other buyers from using what they legitimately licensed.
• Claim authorship of the original files or present them as your own product.

Breaking these conditions ends the licence immediately and may expose you to copyright claims.

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal of fourteen days does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, once you have expressly agreed to that immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw.

You give that agreement at checkout when you confirm your order. It is what lets you download instantly instead of waiting fourteen days. The Refund Policy sets out the cases where a refund is still granted.

For coaching, mixing, mastering or production work, the scope, price and turnaround are agreed by email before payment. Turnaround is given in working days and starts when all the material we need has been received. Revisions are included as agreed in writing.

A service that has not started can be cancelled and refunded in full. Once work has started, the part already delivered is due.

The files are supplied as they are. AMILO does not warrant that a project will open identically on every system, because that depends on your software version and on plugins we do not control. AMILO is liable for direct damage caused by its own fault, up to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and is not liable for indirect loss such as lost revenue or lost projects.

Nothing here limits the legal guarantee of conformity or liability for hidden defects, which apply in full.

Write to us first. Most problems are settled in a day. If that fails, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or refer the matter to a consumer mediator. French law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page says when it was last revised.
