Refund Policy

Digital Products
All products sold on the Amilo Store are digital goods (sound kits, presets, sample packs, FLP files). Because digital files can be downloaded and used immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered instantly and that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has been made available.
When Can I Get a Refund?
I understand that issues can occur. I will consider a refund or exchange in the following situations:
- Defective files: If the downloaded files are corrupted, incomplete, or do not match the product description.
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Technical issues: If you are unable to download your files after purchase and I cannot resolve the issue.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
When Refunds Are Not Possible
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- You did not read the product description before purchasing.
- The product does not meet subjective expectations (e.g., "it's not my style").
- You lack the software required to use the product (e.g., FL Studio, Serum, Vital).
I always provide detailed previews and descriptions for each product. Please make sure to listen to demos and read the specifications before purchasing.
Services (Mixing, Mastering, Coaching)
For custom services such as mixing, mastering, sound design, and coaching:
- Before work begins: A full refund can be issued if you cancel before I start working on your project.
- Work in progress: If work has already started, a partial refund may be offered depending on the stage of completion.
- Completed work: Once the final deliverables have been sent, refunds are not available. However, I always include a reasonable number of revisions as part of the service.
My goal is always your satisfaction. If you're not happy with the result, let's talk about it — I'll do my best to make it right.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact me with the following details:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
- The order number or transaction ID.
- The product or service you'd like refunded.
- A brief description of the issue.
I aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting me, it may result in being permanently banned from future purchases on the Amilo Store. Please reach out first — I'm always happy to resolve issues directly and fairly.
